2. Account requirements
You must be 13 or older to use Ostrol. Users under 18 should obtain parent/guardian consent…
3. Acceptable use
- Submitting math problems for personal study, tutoring, or instruction
- Sharing solutions with classmates or students
- Saving formulas to your formula sheet
4. Prohibited uses
- Submitting graded exam work in violation of your institution's policy
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or automating access to the service
- Submitting content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful
- Attempting to jailbreak the system or extract training data
- Reselling access without an Enterprise agreement
Organizations may impose stricter use policies for their members.
5. Payment & refund
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time from /account/billing; you retain access until the end of the billing period.
We honor refunds within 14 days of any charge, no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are reviewed case-by-case.
6. Subscription cancellation
Cancel anytime. For organizations, seat changes are prorated.
7. Service availability
Free accounts: no SLA. Paid accounts: we target 99.9% uptime.
8. Intellectual property
You retain rights to your problem inputs. Ostrol retains rights to the solver UX, verifier, and surrounding software.
9. Liability
Our liability is capped at 12 months of fees you have paid.
10. Governing law
Morocco for individual users. Per-contract for organizations.
11. Disputes
You agree to attempt resolution by email before pursuing other remedies.
12. Changes
We will email you at least 30 days before any material change.
